• Financial Data: We track your wallet balance and transaction history.

1.2 How We Use Your Data

• To provide AI conversion, transcription, and document summarization services.
• To manage your account and secure your access via OTP.
• To process payments and maintain your wallet balance.
• To improve service accuracy via providers like Google Gemini.

1.3 Data Storage & Third Parties

Your files are sent to third-party AI providers (e.g., Google Gemini AI) solely for processing. We do not sell your data to third parties. We use BCRYPT hashing to protect your passwords. Extracted images and generated documents are stored securely in our private storage for your retrieval.

2. User Agreement

Agreement between User and Dizaart AI Pro. By creating an account, you agree to the following terms:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and providing accurate information for verification.

2.2 Wallet & Payments

All funds added to the wallet are non-refundable. Conversion fees (per image, per audio minute, or per document) are deducted at the time of processing based on current unit prices.

2.3 AI Limitations & Liability

AI-generated summaries and text are not 100% accurate. Dizaart AI Pro is not liable for summarization errors, transcription errors, or periodic service outages.

3. Usage Policy

To maintain a safe platform, users must adhere to these rules:

You may not upload illegal, explicit (NSFW), or malicious materials. This includes documents containing sensitive personal data of third parties or protected intellectual property. You must own the rights to the files you process.

3.2 Fair Use

Automated bots and scrapers are prohibited. Abuse of the AI system for spam or security bypass will result in an immediate ban.
